I am opening Sempleo’s founding-customer cohort in 2026 to five teams.
Not fifty. Not a waitlist. Five.
This is deliberate. A founding customer is not a logo. A founding customer is a team I am going to sit with — personally, weekly, for the first pass — until their five layers are curated, their first agents are live, and their review queues route to the right people. That work does not scale past five at the pace I want to move.
Who this is for. If your team does high-judgement knowledge work — consulting, professional services, account-led selling, post-sales delivery — and you have been frustrated by AI tools that feel useful in demos and useless in practice, this is for you. If you have an ops lead or a head of AI who can give me two hours a week for the first month, this is for you. If your team uses Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, HubSpot, Slack, Jira, or Notion — the integrations are shipped.
If you are looking for an AI chatbot, this is not for you. If you are trying to replace an ops team, this is also not for you. Sempleo is built for teams that want to amplify ops, not route around them.
What founding customers get. A direct line to me. First-pass context curation that I sit through personally. Any agent in the marketplace installed and wired to your review queues. Any bespoke agent we co-design authored through the Workflow Builder. Pricing that reflects you betting on us before the category exists.
What I ask in return. One working call per week for the first month. Willingness to tell me when something is wrong — in the product, in the framing, in the pricing, in the rollout. Permission to learn from your workflow: not to train a model, not to sell your data, but to make Sempleo sharper for the next teams who walk in the door.
How to apply. The access page is the start. It is short on purpose. If what you write lands, you will hear from me directly within a week, and we will set up a working session.
This is the work I want to be doing for the next five years. If the thesis resonates — if you believe, the way I do, that context is the bottleneck in enterprise AI and not capability — then you are who I am writing for.
Five seats. One founder. Let’s build.
